​Arvani Artistry — Terms of Service

Welcome to Arvani Artistry. By accessing our website, purchasing custom commissions, or engaging our branding services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Creative Services
Arvani Artistry provides professional brand identity solutions and custom digital art. All projects are governed by a designated consultation process and an approved project scope before any studio work begins.

2. Project Agreements, Deposits, & Payments
* Non-Refundable Deposits: All creative services—including brand packages and art commissions—require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront. This deposit secures your spot in the studio queue and initiates the design process. Work will not commence until this payment is cleared.
* Final Delivery: The remaining 50% project balance is due immediately upon completion and your final approval of the artwork. Arvani Artistry will deliver high-resolution digital files only after the final payment has been processed in full.

3. Revision Policies
* Branding Tiers: Revisions for brand identity packages are limited to the specific rounds outlined in your selected tier's project agreement.
* Art Commissions: Personal collection commissions include up to two (2) rounds of minor revisions exclusively during the initial rough sketch phase. Major structural changes requested after a sketch is approved, or after the piece has advanced to line art/color phases, will incur additional design fees.

4. Copyright, Intellectual Property, & Usage Licenses
* Artist Ownership: Arvani Artistry retains all inherent copyrights and intellectual property rights to all artwork, sketches, and digital assets created by the studio. The artist reserves the right to display all work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
* Personal Commissions: Digital art pieces purchased under the "Personal Collection" tier are strictly for non-commercial, personal use only (e.g., personal social media profiles, printing personal gifts). They may not be used for profit, marketing, or business promotion.
* Commercial Upgrades: Commercial usage rights for commissions are only transferred if a Commercial Use License add-on is explicitly purchased. Brand Identity packages automatically include full commercial rights to final logos and brand marks upon receipt of final 50% payment.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
