Tier 2: Polished Line Art & Flat Color | $50 Perfect for: Crisp visuals, timeless black-and-white art, or clean "pop" aesthetics. Take a step up from the sketch with a refined, finalized illustration. This tier focuses on precision and clarity, offering two distinct paths: Polished Line Art: A high-quality, professional black-and-white masterpiece. Flat Color: The same crisp linework enhanced with a professional, vibrant color application. Tier 3: The Full-Color Illustration | $90 Perfect for: Finalized brand assets, character masterpieces, and full-color immersion. This is where your vision is fully realized. Cancellation Policy
Arvani Artistry Booking Policy 1. The Consultation To ensure a high-impact result, all personal commissions require a mandatory virtual video consultation. We will meet face-to-face to discuss your vision, style, and project goals before any work begins. Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move your consultation time. 2. Estimates & Deposits The Quote: Following our video call, you will receive an official estimate valid for 7 days. Securing Your Spot: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to lock your project into my production queue. I cannot hold dates or placeholders without a cleared deposit. 3. Production & Timeline The Clock Starts: My minimum 2-week turnaround begins the day your deposit is received. Scope Changes: Significant changes to the concept after the deposit is paid may require a revised estimate and an extended delivery timeline. 4. Final Payment & Delivery Approval: You will receive a watermarked preview of your final artwork for approval. The Hand-off: The remaining 50% balance is due upon approval of the final preview. Digital Files: Once the final payment clears, your high-resolution digital files (PNG/JPG) will be delivered exclusively via the email address provided at intake. Note: This service is for digital files only and does not include physical merchandise or commercial branding rights. 5. Refunds & Cancellations Deposits: Because the deposit covers professional time spent on consultations, research, and initial drafting, it is non-refundable. Artist Cancellation: In the rare event that I must cancel your project, your deposit will be refunded in full.
