If you have previously invested in a branding package and are ready to expand your visual legacy, you only pay for the added value. Your previous payment is applied as a direct credit toward your new, larger package. Upgrade 1: From "Identity Starter" to "Brand Kit" | $300 Ready to turn your logo into a cohesive system? Since we’ve already perfected your primary logo, this upgrade focuses on building out your professional toolkit. New Deliverables: Secondary Logo/Watermark, Brand Icon/Favicon, Custom Color Palette (HEX/RGB), and Typography Selection. Upgrade 2: From "Brand Kit" to "Full Brand Experience" | $600 Ready to immerse your audience in a custom brand world? We’ll take your existing kit and add the high-impact storytelling elements needed for a total brand takeover. New Deliverables: 2 Custom Whimsical/Spooky Illustrations, Social Media Kit (Banners & Templates), and a detailed Usage Guide. How to Request an Upgrade: Select "Returning Client Upgrade" on the Branding Inquiry Form. Consultation: We’ll have a quick 15–30 minute sync to ensure the new assets align with your existing look. The Credit: Your previous payment will be deducted from the new package total on your final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure your branding services are protected and professional, this policy emphasizes the strategic nature of the work and the commercial licensing involved. It is tailored to your workflow (Consultation → Estimate → Deposit → Execution). Arvani Artistry: Branding Booking Policy 1. The Strategy Consultation Every brand deserves a clear, unconventional vision. All branding projects begin with a mandatory virtual video strategy session. We will discuss your brand’s identity and goals to ensure your assets are high-impact. Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to move your consultation time. 2. Estimates & Deposits The Proposal: Following our session, you will receive an official project estimate valid for 14 days. Securing Your Spot: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to lock your project into my production queue. No dates or design phases are held without a cleared deposit. 3. The Creative Process The Timeline: Branding is a collaborative journey. The timeline discussed during your consultation begins once the deposit clears and all onboarding materials (mood boards, etc.) are submitted. Revision Rounds: Each package includes a specific number of revisions. Requests beyond your package scope will be billed at a professional hourly rate. 4. Final Payment & Commercial Delivery The Hand-off: The remaining 50% balance is due upon approval of the final brand assets. Commercial Licensing: Branding services include a Commercial Use License. This grants you full rights to use the assets for your business, marketing, and merchandise. Digital Assets: Once final payment clears, your high-resolution master files (Vector/SVG, PNG, JPG) will be delivered exclusively via the email address provided at intake. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits: Because the deposit covers intensive research, strategy, and initial design concepts, it is non-refundable. Project Stalling: If a project is delayed by the client for more than 30 days without prior notice, a restart fee may apply to re-enter the production queue.
